THE BRAND

The name zyrex derived from an imaginative marvelous reptile that lived during the Cretaceous period (65 milion ago). Its size could reach 13 meters in length and 6 meters in height with weight of almost 6 metric tons. This posture certainly needed a lots of foods for consumption and made it the most powerful animal in that area.

One of its distinct characteristics was to have a vizio sight, ie: the abilty to have board long view of vision but could still focus on the preys within it’s close range and surroundings.

 

THE COMPANY

Founded in 1996, PT. Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana designs, manufactures, distributes, and services computer systems in Indonesia under the brand name zyrex. The company holds the exclusive rights to the trademark of zyrex in Indonesia.

Having the vizio perspective, the company strives to meet current market demands while capable of looking ahead the prospect of IT industry in Indonesia and setting future business direction of the company.

Zyrexindo distributes the products and services it’s clients with a network of more than 50 sales locations and 45 service points all over Indonesia. Being the leading PC assembling company and the No.1 Indonesian brand PC, Zyrexindo is vastly expanding this network by either opening our own branches/Outlets or woking very closely with many resellers and partners across the archipelago.

PRODUCTION FACILITIES

Our production capacity can reach 10.00 units of PC assembled per month 20.000 PCs storage warehouse capability. To ensure enduring performance of our products, we enforce our own Unique Quality Enforcement Policy on

  • Wearing ESD ( Electronic Discharge) wrist strap on every assembler to avoid static charge into the parts and comnponents. We nickname this process as Borgol in bahasa Indonesia.
  • Operating the PC in burn-in testing facility which temperature could reach up to 48 degree Celcius with relative humidity. We nickname this process as Bakar, Hence we proudly call these whole unique processes as BOKAR  ( Borgol and Bakar ).

 

DUAL STEP QUALITY ASSURANCE

Having BOKAR process is not the whole story of our promise to deliver only the finest products to our customers.

We also implement 2 quality assurance steps:

1.      Every PC assembled unit goes through the following process:

o       Process QC-1 ensures parts integration under specified standard quality measurements. This is done before the BOKAR process.

o       Process QC-2 ensures burn-in test successes, zero DOA ( Dead on Arrivel) and any other software / firmware integrations.

2.      Quality Assurance Implementations

o       Ensures quality consistency by scheduling random inspections on every production process to finished goods.

o       Deep investigation on every DOA unit or major problems found and after sales

o       Parts Certification Program that ensures all parts used are certified and have good quality.
